Getting the feeds to work?

I am using the feeds page to create a feed string but regardless of what combination I use I get an error when I click "Go".

I read through the handbook and thought I ubderstood the process, what am I missing??

Does the API still work?

have no problems whatsoever.

Mind that when you use the channel overview xml url, you have to add teh api key manualy.,

 

I just fear that i might be scraping the site too often (currently every five minutes everything)
