Please tell how to upload videos using spotlite.As I have read the handbook and it says videos can be uploaded. But it is not working using the given channel names for video.

Spotlight provides a feed of links to Reuters videos which can be downloaded, but there is no ability for users to upload content.
Can you point out where in the documentation it suggests uploading is possible - we may need to clarify the wording.
