Newest article is 4 days old, from Wed Oct, 21.

I was wondering if we could get some sort of availability update from you guys.  It seems like the feeds have experienced quite a few slowdowns the past 30 days, and is currently experiencing one again.  I'm not sure if you guys bring the system back when these problems occur, or if the system is able to pull itself out of problems, but I think we'd all love an update on what to expect in the future as far as reliability and availability.

Not sure if the feeds are running slow or if they have stopped all together because I just noticed it today, but the newest item in the US Top News feed is from 2 days ago.

I have not checked other feeds to see if this is a widespread issue but I'm assuming the Top News feed is probably the most popular, so I thought I should open a thread.

Is it just me or are things running about 6 hours slow again?  Have noticed it for the last 2 days or so.

I've noticed that the feeds have not been updating lately.  The newest article in most of the feeds I looked at is from Tuesday.

The news items that are retrieved have stayed the same all day. No new news items are arriving

Once again spotlight is not working. This time there is nothing coming in via
the feeds rather than only old news. None of the demo pages are working and even the Feeds link does nothing.

Other ongoing unresolved issues:

1. Still no spotlight status page
2. Still no new forums or permission to create forum topics

BTW, the WYSIWYG editor on this page doesn't work either.
I have to use "disable rich-text" to be able to edit because of horrendously bad word-wrap.

all feeds stopped working?

Gallery, that the most recent news is from Nov 13, 2008.

Can we expect the feeds to be working again soon?

The links that detail the following parameters all seem to be broken:
edition http://spotlight.reuters.com/handbook/appendix#edition
content http://spotlight.reuters.com/handbook/appendix#content
channel http://spotlight.reuters.com/feeds/appendix#channel
format http://spotlight.reuters.com/feeds/appendix#format
It would be helpful to see the available options, otherwise I can't really get beyond the example call.
