Content Types

There are currently four types of Reuters content available for you to consume via the Spotlight API feeds, they are:

• Channel Articles - Channel Articles are full multimedia news articles, these contain all the pieces of a given news article; this includes the full news article text, any photos and videos associated with the article and stock symbols. (Note: the RSS format is the only feed format that does not provide full text articles - see below for more details).

• Channel Photos - The Channel Photos content provides just the photos of a given news article.

• Channel Videos - The Channel Videos content provides just the videos of a given news article.

• Channel News - The Channel News content provides just the full news article text of a given news article.
