The Reuters Spotlight terms and conditions state that the Spotlight service is for non-commercial use only, which is in place to protect our commercial business and because this is a Reuters Labs project which do not guarantee that the service will have any particular service level (i.e it may not always work) - but we will do our best to keep it running.
