The use of the Reuters Spotlight APIs are freely available to registered and permitted users for non-commercial use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Reuters reserves the right to block and disable any user of the Reuters Spotlight service for any reason we see fit - this includes abusing the terms and conditions, infringing on the Reuters principles or generating unnecessary load to the service and therefore effecting others.

Reuters requires that anything built using Reuters Spotlight contains attribution to Reuters to appear on your service as well as links backs to the original content on Reuters.com. Any archive built during the use of the Spotlight service is required to be deleted once you have finished using the service or if you account is terminated. Any third party feeds used are your responsibility to abide by their terms and conditions.
